The Hertz Corp. purchased 34.5 acres of vacant commercial land with out-parcels from CP Land Investment LLC in Coconut Point, Tract 1-B, at the southeast corner of Williams Road and U.S. 41 in Estero. The purchase price was $11.25 million.
